Whether you've had pain for years or woke up this morning with it, we are Here To Help, When You Hurt. There are many levels of care you will see below, but most importantly we want to get you scheduled so we can begin your steps to better health.
Once you've called (270) 282-8872 for your appointment, take a minute to navigate our website and help answer any questions you might have. You will find your new patient forms in the new patient center so you can fill those out prior to your arrival.
Your first visit will entail a comprehensive assessment, evaluation, and examination by our highly trained doctor and staff all with the goal of helping you and your family reach your health potential. We strive to find the root cause of your pain and not just provide only pain relief.
If further testing such as x-rays and any other diagnostic test is determined to be needed, we will get those set up for you in a timely manner.
Once we are ready to begin care we will strive to explain your condition, its cause, and our hope for the best course of action possible to get you on the road to recovery and better health.
